Residents can submit maintenance requests through the resident portal, via email,
and/or a visit to the office.
Yes, emergency maintenance is available. Emergency situations include, but are not limited to:
- No Heat: If the temperature is (or expected to drop to) 50°F or below.
- No A/C: If the temperature is (or expected to rise to) 85°F or above.
- Broken front door or door lock preventing the door from being secured.
- Broken or unsecured first-floor window.
- Gas leaks or odor of natural gas.
- Garages: If a vehicle or person is inside and the door is malfunctioning.
- Access gates: If the gate is malfunctioning and/or blocking an entrance/exit. If the pool gate is not secure.
- Flood/Water Leaks: Any water that is flowing from anywhere on the property (grounds or in an apartment) from plumbing issues, storm damage or main line blockage. Minor water leaks that can be isolated and turned off will be addressed the following day.
- Toilet malfunction: If there is only one (1) toilet in the apartment.
- Refrigerator not working.
- Stoves: If the oven and all elements are not working.
- Lighting: If a building or whole breezeway is out.
- Swimming pools: Broken glass anywhere in the pool, water discoloration where main
drains are not visible, when a fecal, vomit, blood contamination, near drowning, or
drowning incident occurs.
- Fire/security alarm monitoring or runaway alarm.
- Smoke / Carbon monoxide detectors chirping; calls after 8:30 PM connected to 120V
will be addressed the following day.

A maximum of two (2) pets per home is allowed. A non-refundable pet fee of $350 applies,
along with $20 monthly pet rent. Aggressive breeds are not permitted.
Domestic pets are limited to dogs and cats only; no reptiles or ferrets are allowed.
No reserved parking is available. Garage parking is for residents only and is provided at no additional charge.
Community amenities include two fitness centers, a fenced-in dog park,
onsite pharmacy and restaurant, coffee station, two lounge areas,
two outdoor grilling stations, two pools with water features,
access gate, garage parking, controlled building access, and billiards.
Yes, a guest suite is available by request. A $200 refundable deposit applies,
along with a $100 nightly rate and a minimum two-night stay.
Tours can be scheduled online or by calling the leasing office.
We offer in-person and virtual tours.
Approved residents may move in as soon as possible.
Applications can be submitted through our property website or via the “Apply Now” link included in quotes.
Income must equal three (3) times the monthly rent. Credit and rental history
are evaluated by a third-party reporting agency. Additional requirements may apply
based on screening results.
A valid photo ID is required to apply.
